What is your return policy?

We accept exchange on unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

We only accept returns on DEFECTIVE products that are unworn

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within Hong Kong for purchases over $500HKD, and free international shipping for orders over $150 USD (or in equivalent currency)

For orders under the free shipping requirement, we charge HKD $20 for orders to HKG, Macau, and PRC; and USD $20 for all other international orders.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:

  • Request an exchange or return directly from your account

  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker in future

What happens if the product i want is sold out?

We try to restock our popular items, but we try not to in order to make each piece special and unique. If there’s a specific item you want that’s sold out, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following us on our social channels (Instagram) for the latest updates on our new releases.
